This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using MeshForge3D. It applies to text prompts, uploaded images, multi-view references, generated 3D assets, previews, exports, downloads, account activity, billing activity, and any related use of the service.
By using MeshForge3D, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
MeshForge3D is intended for lawful 3D asset creation, including:
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using them in public, physical, client-facing, or downstream project contexts.
You may not use MeshForge3D to generate, upload, request, publish, distribute, or facilitate:
User-supplied prompts may be screened before generation. Prompts or uploads may be rejected, limited, delayed, or reviewed when they appear to violate this policy or create operational, legal, safety, or payment risk.
Do not try to evade filters, moderation, credit limits, plan limits, or access controls. Attempts to bypass safety systems may result in failed generation, loss of credits for abusive activity, account restrictions, or termination.
Only upload images, references, prompts, or files that you own or are authorized to use. Do not use MeshForge3D to create misleading branded assets, counterfeit goods, unauthorized merchandise, infringing character likenesses, or outputs that confuse users about sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, or affiliation.
You may not:
We may remove content, block requests, suspend accounts, revoke access, deny refunds for abusive activity, preserve relevant records, or take other action when we believe this policy has been violated. We may also cooperate with payment providers, infrastructure providers, or legal authorities when required.
