Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for safe and lawful use of MeshForge3D 3D generation, uploads, previews, exports, and downloads

2026/07/16

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using MeshForge3D. It applies to text prompts, uploaded images, multi-view references, generated 3D assets, previews, exports, downloads, account activity, billing activity, and any related use of the service.

By using MeshForge3D, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

Allowed Use

MeshForge3D is intended for lawful 3D asset creation, including:

  • Game props, environments, collectibles, miniatures, and creative prototypes.
  • Product visualization, ecommerce previews, design references, and concept assets.
  • Educational, artistic, personal, and commercial projects where you have the rights to the input material.
  • Browser-based 3D preview, conversion, export, and asset management workflows.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using them in public, physical, client-facing, or downstream project contexts.

Prohibited Content

You may not use MeshForge3D to generate, upload, request, publish, distribute, or facilitate:

  • NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, erotic, fetish, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
  • Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, or any attempt to sexualize a real person.
  • Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, biometric misuse, or content that falsely suggests a person endorsed, created, or appeared in an asset.
  • Illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, violent extremist, exploitative, deceptive, or defamatory content.
  • Content that promotes self-harm, credible threats, targeted abuse, or real-world harm.
  • Malware, phishing, scams, spam, credential theft, or attempts to bypass security, rate limits, billing, or credit controls.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, or other third-party rights.
  • Private, confidential, biometric, medical, financial, or sensitive personal information without all required rights and permissions.

AI Generation Safety

User-supplied prompts may be screened before generation. Prompts or uploads may be rejected, limited, delayed, or reviewed when they appear to violate this policy or create operational, legal, safety, or payment risk.

Do not try to evade filters, moderation, credit limits, plan limits, or access controls. Attempts to bypass safety systems may result in failed generation, loss of credits for abusive activity, account restrictions, or termination.

Intellectual Property and Brands

Only upload images, references, prompts, or files that you own or are authorized to use. Do not use MeshForge3D to create misleading branded assets, counterfeit goods, unauthorized merchandise, infringing character likenesses, or outputs that confuse users about sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, or affiliation.

Account and Platform Abuse

You may not:

  • Share, sell, or transfer accounts in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
  • Use bots, scrapers, automated abuse, or excessive requests that degrade service reliability.
  • Resell MeshForge3D access as a competing service without written permission.
  • Interfere with storage, downloads, payment flows, webhooks, or other infrastructure.

Enforcement

We may remove content, block requests, suspend accounts, revoke access, deny refunds for abusive activity, preserve relevant records, or take other action when we believe this policy has been violated. We may also cooperate with payment providers, infrastructure providers, or legal authorities when required.
