• Generated assets: Preview images, 3D model files, exported formats, generation status, job identifiers, download history, public or private asset status, and workspace metadata.
• Billing and credit information: Plan selection, checkout status, invoice identifiers, order references, credit balances, credit ledger entries, subscription records, one-time purchase records, refund status, and payment-related support history. Full payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by MeshForge3D.
• Usage, device, and security data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, language, pages visited, referring pages, log events, error events, rate-limit signals, and security signals.
• Support communications: Messages, attachments, email address, account details, order references, and any other information you provide when contacting us.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide 3D generation, previews, downloads, exports, asset storage, account features, browser-based viewing, and browser-based conversion.
• Authenticate users, maintain sessions, protect accounts, prevent fraud, detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and secure the service.
• Store generated assets and make them available in your private workspace or on public pages when you choose to publish or showcase them.

Uploaded References and Generated Assets

MeshForge3D is designed for 3D asset creation. When you upload images, prompts, sketches, or reference files, we process them to generate, preview, store, export, and help you manage 3D models.

Private user outputs are intended to be stored in access-controlled storage and served through authenticated application routes. Public showcase assets, website demo assets, or assets you choose to publish may be served from public storage or a content delivery network.

Do not upload confidential, sensitive, illegal, infringing, or third-party content unless you have the rights and permission to use it for 3D generation.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate MeshForge3D, including hosting, cloud storage, generation infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, security, customer support, and infrastructure tools.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or process transactions. We do not sell your personal information.

These safeguards may include access controls, authenticated download routes, private storage for user outputs, secure transport, logging, monitoring, and operational review.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
