How MeshForge3D reviews refund requests for subscriptions, credit purchases, failed delivery, and technical issues

Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how MeshForge3D reviews refund requests for digital 3D generation services, subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, exports, downloads, and related account features.

MeshForge3D provides digital services that may begin processing immediately after a user submits a generation, export, or purchase request. Because credits and computing resources can be consumed during processing, refund eligibility depends on delivery status, usage, technical issues, applicable law, and payment-processor rules.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact us at support@meshforge3d.com.

Please include:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The order, invoice, subscription, or payment reference if available.
  • The date and approximate amount of the charge.
  • A short explanation of what happened.
  • Any relevant generation ID, asset ID, screenshot, or error message.

We may ask for additional information to verify the account, locate the transaction, diagnose the issue, or comply with payment-provider requirements.

Refunds We May Approve

Refund requests may be approved when:

  • A duplicate charge occurred.
  • A paid order, subscription benefit, or credit purchase was not delivered and we cannot restore access or provide the purchased benefit.
  • A severe technical issue prevented use of the purchased service and we cannot reasonably resolve it.
  • A billing error occurred.
  • Applicable consumer law requires a refund.

Approved refunds may be full or partial depending on credit consumption, usage, taxes, processor rules, payment method, and applicable law.

Refunds We Generally Cannot Provide

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Credits that have already been consumed by submitted or processed generation jobs.
  • Completed generation jobs, downloaded assets, exported files, or delivered digital benefits.
  • Dissatisfaction caused by normal variation in AI-assisted outputs after a job has been processed.
  • Change of mind after using the service.
  • Failure to review plan limits, credit costs, supported formats, or quality settings before purchase.
  • Account activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
  • Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, attempts to bypass limits, or policy-violating content.

AI-assisted 3D outputs can vary and may require human review, cleanup, optimization, or conversion before production use. A generated model not matching a subjective expectation does not automatically qualify for a refund once credits or processing resources have been used.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel through your account billing area when available or by contacting support.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previous billing periods, already-used credits, generated assets, downloaded files, or benefits already delivered unless required by law or expressly approved by us.

Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases are digital benefits. Unused credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility when there is a billing error, duplicate charge, failed delivery, or another issue we can verify.

Consumed credits are generally non-refundable because they represent submitted or processed generation, export, or asset actions.

Timing

We aim to respond to refund, billing, and subscription requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method when supported by the payment processor. Bank and card-network timing may vary and is outside our control.

Taxes, currency conversion, payment method fees, chargeback rules, or processor limitations may affect the amount or timing of a refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can investigate. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

We may provide transaction, delivery, usage, account, credit, and support records to our payment processor, merchant-of-record provider, or card networks when needed to respond to disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.
