Terms for using MeshForge3D 3D asset generation, previews, exports, credits, subscriptions, and browser tools
2026/07/16
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MeshForge3D, including 3D asset generation, image-to-3D, text-to-3D, multi-view workflows, model previews, asset storage, exports, downloads, the 3D viewer, the 3D converter, credits, subscriptions, checkout, and related services.
By creating an account, starting a generation, purchasing credits, subscribing to a plan, downloading an asset, or otherwise using MeshForge3D, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use online services in your location. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
MeshForge3D helps users create, preview, manage, download, and export 3D assets from prompts, images, sketches, and other references. The service also includes browser-based model viewing and file conversion tools.
AI-assisted and automated 3D outputs can vary. We do not guarantee that a generated model will perfectly match your prompt or reference, be free of artifacts, meet a specific polygon count, include a particular texture result, be suitable for manufacturing, or satisfy marketplace, game engine, legal, intellectual property, safety, or platform requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing every generated asset before using it in commercial, public, client-facing, technical, physical, or production contexts.
You retain any rights you already have in prompts, uploaded images, sketches, references, files, and other materials you submit to MeshForge3D ("User Inputs").
By submitting User Inputs, you grant MeshForge3D a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, transform, display, transmit, and create derivative technical outputs from those materials only as needed to provide the service, generate assets, create previews, support exports, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload your User Inputs and use them for 3D asset generation. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, illegal, infringing, or third-party materials unless you have the necessary rights and authorization.
Subject to these Terms, your plan limits, applicable law, and any rights contained in your User Inputs, you may use generated 3D assets for personal or commercial projects.
Generated assets may still require human review, cleanup, optimization, attribution checks, intellectual property review, safety review, or format conversion before production use. You are responsible for how you use, publish, sell, print, distribute, modify, or rely on generated assets.
If you choose to publish an asset or make it part of a public showcase, you authorize MeshForge3D to display related previews, metadata, and asset information on public pages.
Certain features require credits, a paid plan, or a one-time purchase. Credit costs, plan limits, quality levels, mesh density options, texture options, download rights, export formats, storage behavior, and commercial usage details may be shown in the product interface or pricing page.
Credits may be consumed for generation, enhancement, export, or other asset actions. Digital assets and credits are generally delivered immediately or shortly after processing starts. Because generation uses computing resources, credits may be consumed once a job is submitted or processed, even if the output requires further review or refinement.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel a subscription through your account billing area when available or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges or already-used credits unless required by law or expressly approved by us.
Payments, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, fraud checks, and chargebacks may be handled by our payment processor or merchant-of-record provider. Taxes, exchange rates, bank fees, and payment method rules may apply.
Please contact us at support@meshforge3d.com if you believe a charge or credit transaction needs review. Include the email used for purchase, the order or invoice reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
Refund requests may be considered when:
Refunds are generally not available for consumed credits, completed generation jobs, downloaded assets, exported files, abusive activity, policy violations, change of mind after using the service, or dissatisfaction caused by the normal variability of AI-assisted outputs.
Approved refunds may be full or partial depending on usage, credit consumption, taxes, processor rules, and applicable law. Refund timing depends on the payment method and payment processor. Chargebacks may result in account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.
The 3D viewer and converter are provided to help inspect and convert supported 3D file formats. Browser-based tools may depend on your device, browser, file size, file structure, model complexity, and available memory.
You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your files and verifying converted or exported files before using them in production.
You agree not to use MeshForge3D to:
MeshForge3D is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, quality settings, export formats, storage behavior, pricing, or availability at any time.
We may also delay, retry, cancel, or restrict generation jobs when needed for reliability, abuse prevention, provider availability, maintenance, security, billing risk, or legal compliance.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, failed to pay required fees, abused credits or downloads, initiated suspicious payment activity, or used the service in a way that may create legal, security, payment, or operational issues.
You may stop using the service at any time. Certain billing, account, asset, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may remain as described in our Privacy Policy.
MeshForge3D, including its website, interface, branding, software, design, documentation, product flows, and service content, is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of MeshForge3D or its underlying technology.
You may not copy, modify, resell, mirror, scrape, repackage, or create derivative services from MeshForge3D except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
We do not promise that MeshForge3D will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every file, or suitable for every workflow. AI-assisted content can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to existing works.
You are responsible for evaluating outputs and obtaining any professional, legal, intellectual property, manufacturing, safety, or marketplace review needed for your use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeshForge3D and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, payment disputes, or costs of substitute services arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of MeshForge3D after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
